Date of birth: 15.06.89 Place: Enfield
Tim joined the club following the long term injury to Danny Alcock.
He began his career as a member of the Queens Park Rangers academy before being snapped up by Plymouth Argyle. He spent short loan spell at Tiverton Town before joining Notts County in May 2007. Tim signed a two year contract at Meadow Lane and made one first team appearance against Leyton Orient in last seasons Johnstones Paint Trophy but due to the strength in depth of goalkeepers at the club he was released from his contract in August.

A local lad who progressed into the first squad last season after impressing in the clubs youth team. Danny represented Staffordshire in the FA County Youth Cup. |

- Wayne Daniel

Date of birth: 12/12/76 Place: Birmingham
Club Captain Wayne is the longest serving member of the squad who joined Stafford Rangers in summer 2002. Always a favourite with the fans, he was voted both Supporters' Player of the Season and Players' Player of the Season in both 2002/03 and 2003/04, becoming the first and only player to retain these awards. A commanding central defender, Wayne was also named Manager's Player of the Season in 2003/04. Previously with Kidderminster Harriers, Bridgnorth Town and Paget Rangers, he made his 250th Stafford appearance on the opening day last season. Wayne was a member of the winning Staffordshire Senior Cup side in both 2003 and 2005 and captained the side which won promotion from the Blue Square North in 2005/6.

Nick captained the Halesowen Town side which narrowly missed promotion to the Blue Square North last season. Now has the chance to prove himself at that level after his close season move to Stafford. Nick is equally at home in defence or midfield. Nick was Player of the Season at Halesowen in 2006-2007. Jonathan joined Stafford Rangers at the end of March 2008. He began his career at Barnsley at the age of 7, progressing to a 2 year scholarship with the club before signing a one year professional contract. He left Barnsley at the age of 18 and joined Ilkeston Town. Moved on to Selby Town for the 2007/8 season, before joining Stafford.

Andre is equally at home as a wide midfielder or as a wing back. Has an excellent engine and his ability to cover the ground quickly makes him a valuable asset in either role. Formerly with Rangers Reserves he spent last season at Halesowen Town.

Alex was with Crewe Alexandra from the age of 12 until he was 23. He was a regular reserve team player and featured on the first team bench without actually making a first team debut. He was forced to retire due to a serious injury and after a full season out of the game, returned to football with Kidsgrove Athletic. He played over 40 games at Kidsgrove last season.

Darryl Proffitt, 22 years, has joined the club from Witton Albion. Darryl is a former England Youth international who has had experience at Manchester City, Millwall, Crawley Town and Leek Town.

Date of birth: 27/05/1978 Place: Leeds
David returned to Stafford as a permanent signing on the eve of the 2007/08 Blue Square Premier season from Morecambe. He joined Farsley Celtic on loan in mid-February 2008 until the end of last season, but has now re-joined the club. In 2006/07, as well as helping Morecambe gain promotion to League Two, he made nine appearances on loan at Stafford scoring nine goals. He made his Football League debut with Oldham Athletic, and lists York City, Hamilton Academicals, Leigh RMI and Queen of the South amongst his previous clubs. David’s twin brother, Scott, plays for Farsley Celtic. |

Now in his second spell with the Boro. Another local player with an eye for goal. Paul has previously played for FA Cup heroes Chasetown, and has had spells at both Hednesford Town and Newcastle Town.

19year old Magee joins the club on non-contract terms having been released by Bristol City.
The speedy striker was given a 2 year scholarship by Bristol City at the age of 16 and was on a monthly professional contract at the club.
The teenager scored in an outing for Rangers reserves recently and following his release by Bristol City, Rangers stepped in.
