Theo was on the books of Manchester City and Crex Alex as a youngster. He moved to Wrexham and had a loan spell at Colwyn Bay before moving on loan to National League side, Macclesfield Town at the end of the 2014-15 season. He signed on at Moss Rose on a permanent deal for the following season. A move to Stalybridge Celtic followed and he made 35 appearances scoring 9 times, before moving on to Altrincham last season. The exiting young winger joined Rangers in summer 2018.
