Mark “Winston” Evans Steps Down as Director
Stafford Rangers Board Announces the Resignation of Director Mark Evans
The Stafford Rangers FC Board of Directors regretfully announces that Mark Evans, affectionately known as “Winston” has stepped down from his role as Director with immediate effect.
Mark’s decision is due to personal family reasons, which the Board fully understands and supports—family must always come first.
Mark “Winston” Evans
Mark has been a dedicated member of the Board for the past two years, most recently serving as the Club’s Match Day and Fan Engagement Director.
His passion and commitment have been invaluable to Stafford Rangers, and he will be greatly missed by his fellow directors, staff, and supporters.

While we are saddened by his departure from the Board, we are delighted that Mark will remain a familiar face at the Stan Robinson Stadium, looking his usual smart self in his Stafford Rangers tie and bowler hat.
Fan Engagement Legacy
Before stepping down, Mark established the Match Day and Fan Engagement Group, which will play a vital role in enhancing the supporter experience.
This group will continue its work under the leadership of Alex Wickett. The Board extends its sincere thanks to Alex for taking on this important role.
We wish Mark and his family all the very best and look forward to seeing him cheering on the Rangers from the stands.
