A message from Ethan

One of our stand-out-players over the last few seasons – Ethan Stewart, has confirmed that he will be joining Basford United for this forth-coming season.

With over one-hundred appearances for the Boro over the three seasons played, Ethan scored 8 goals and had 7 assists over that period.

The club would like to thank Ethan and his family for their contributions and smiles while being with the Rangers; it has been a privilege knowing and working with you.

Ethan has left a message to everyone at the club:

Hi all, unfortunately my time at Stafford has come to an end. I’ve enjoyed my time here immensely, from the teammates I’ve had the pleasure of sharing a pitch with, to the fans chanting from minute 1 to minute 90 and finally the back room staff who helped me perform on the pitch.

Without all these factors I don’t think I’d have developed into the player I am today. I wanted to wish everyone at the club and all the fans good luck for the future. I’m sure the Boro will be back to where it belongs in no time and I look forward to seeing that happen in the near future.

Good luck Ethan, we’re sure everyone will take much interest in your career going forward. You and your family will always be welcome at the Stan Robinson Stadium.
