Todd Ferrier joins the Boro

Stafford Rangers are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Todd Ferrier, following his departure from Chasetown. 

Ferrier, who turned out for the Boro last pre-season before joining The Scholars, is a hungry box to box midfielder and becomes  the ninth new signing of the summer for manager Graham Deakin. 

Having previously started his career with Port Vale, Ferrier brings more experience to the midfield area, he joins left back Joe Dunne & Mitch Clarke in joining us from across the Chase.

On the signing, manager Graham Deakin said

“Todd is a player we had last pre season and the fans were really impressed with him.”

“The deal didnt happen then but now I’m in charge I’m delighted to have been able to attract him to the club..”

“It’s important we sign local lads to the club and with Joe Dunne, Mitch Clarke and now Todd Ferrier we have achieved that and I’m really pleased.”

“Todd will add legs and energy to the midfield with his all action displays and its another quality addition to a squad thats coming along nicely.”
