Another 2 players added

We can confirm the re-signing of fans favourite James O’Neill. Jimmy had an injury blighted season last year, and was a huge loss to our back line and dressing room. A huge character on and off the pitch his presence was greatly missed. Now fully fit, Jimmy is totally focussed on pre-season and being a major player for us throughout the coming season.

Jimmy commented on his injury status:- “Recently I’ve had all the all clear from my doctor which is good news,so I’m just hoping that there will be no setbacks from now and that I can just get back to my best.“

When asked about  how he can help the younger lads:- “I remember when I started at Telford and all the older players that had been in the leagues were brilliant with me, and I think you’ve got to replicate that and be a role model and take the younger ones under your wing.

It’s your job to teach them right from wrong in terms of decision making and things like that.”

Joining Jimmy is 28 year old left sided full back/wingback Ben O’Hanlon. Ben started his career with Wolves and is a former England Under 18 international. Whilst at Wolves Ben had loan experience at Corby, Telford and Nuneaton. On his release from Wolves Ben signed for Harrogate and later Darlington, before returning to his midlands home to represent Hednesford, Stourbridge & Bromsgrove Sporting amongst others.
