Stafford Rangers are seeking a committed first team physiotherapist to join the club’s men’s first team ahead of the 2026/27 season.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the football club as it enters a new chapter, with the opportunity to support player health, fitness, rehabilitation and performance on a matchdays and during training sessions.
The Role
Based at The Stan Robinson Stadium, the successful candidate will play a key role working within the first team staff, closely with players, coaches and any external medical professionals to deliver high quality physiotherapy and injury management support.
This role is a permanent, part time position, with attendance required at all first team training sessions and matches, home and away.

Essential criteria
- Degree in physiotherapy or sports therapy
- FA accredited pitchside First Aid qualification – ideally EMFAiF (Emergency medical first aid in football) or ITMMif (Intermediate trauma medical management in football)
- Available for all home and away matchdays and weeknight training sessions.
