Arrangements for the Brackley Town Game
We look forward to welcoming Brackley Town to the Stan Robinson Stadium on Saturday 18th November KO 3pm for the next round of the FA Trophy.
This will be an all pay game and tickets can be purchased on the gate by either cash or debit cards.
The day will be a particularly busy one for all at the club with both the JD and Stan Robinson suite in full use for 70 delegates from the FA and Karate grading event. We give a very warm welcome to attendees of both events. Both rooms were booked in advance of Saturdays cup game. The car park will also be extremely busy with large sections cordoned off for these events so we ask you to get to the ground early and consider alternative parking options.
Fans will be using the Chairmans Suite bar and the Fans bar and access to both will only be allowed via the gates which will open from 12.00 to help the logistics of managing a very busy day in the club. Both bars will be open from 12.00 but we will need your patience at peak times as we try to accommodate everyone’s needs. Fans will need to use the toilet facilities during the day under the stand. We expect to close the Fans bar at the end of the game but will depend on how busy it is, but the Chairmans Suite will be open to all fans after the game. The members bar will reopen at 6pm.
We have adequate levels of staffing in all areas.
Only the FA delegates and Karate will be allowed to access the club through the front of the Social Club wearing recognised lanyards and wristbands.
Utilisation of all our rooms is great for the club it will bring challenges on the day. We have tried to do everything we can to help with these and ask for your support and patience.
We hope that it’s a great day for the club on and off the pitch and look forward to seeing you all.
