Callum Coyle returns to the Boro

Callum Signs and an update on Kaiman and Dan

Callum Coyle signs for the RangersWe can confirm the signing of striker Callum Coyle, who returns to the Boro after three successful seasons at Rushall Olympic, during which time he enjoyed promotion to the National League North.

Following a loan period at Stratford Town last season, Callum followed manager Liam Macdonald to Stourbridge FC during the summer. After submitting seven days notice of approach, Callum returns to bolster Dale’s remodeled squad.

We would like to thank Stourbridge FC for their support in the registration process.

Dale stated:

“He’s a great signing for us, who was previously with us as a young lad, but has now got some great experience playing at Step 3 and the National League. Obviously things didn’t work out for him at Stourbridge, he’s a great lad and were lucky to have him.”

Callum also spoke to us:

“I’m absolutely delighted to be coming back, and I’m looking to get the club back to where it belongs. I feel i’m a lot more experienced now.”

We can also confirm that striker Kaiman Anderson has committed to the club for the remainder of the current season, as an integral member of the squad.

Finally, we can confirm that Dan Cockerline suffered a dislocation of his left shoulder at Chasetown, which was promptly reset at Walsall Manor later that afternoon. This is a recurring issue for Dan and we have been awaiting further news regarding the rehabilitation period. The great news is, is that Dan expects to resume light, non-contact training within the next couple of weeks, but is awaiting a scan to determine the extent of any problem. We will keep you fully updated when we hear more.

Bobby Badger with MascotsOn a cold wet and miserable November afternoon The Stan Robinson Stadium welcomed its biggest crowd of the season when we played Trafford FC.

At the final whistle, the points were shared but what a wonderful day. The Boro faithful were joined by fans holding season tickets from many Premier League and EFL clubs invited down to experience non-league football first hand.

84 Season ticket holders represented Clubs from Brighton, Stoke City, Leeds, West Ham, Wigan, Derby, Walsall, Wolves, Everton, Port Vale, Manchester United, Coventry, and West Brom and enjoyed a great game at the home of football in Stafford.

37 Children under 12 attended free and all were part of a fantastic attendance totalling 717.

We want to thank everyone for coming down and cheering us on. To our own season ticket holders and fans, the loyalty you show is fantastic and we move forward together in search of points and success.

On Saturday 23rd November we travel to Runcorn Linnets who lie in seventh place in the table, before we come back home to play City of Liverpool on the 30th November. If you can’t get to Runcorn, we hope you will listen to the Stafford Rangers Radio team as they provide their brilliant full match commentary.

Christmas is now within sight, and we have a busy schedule with three home games on the trot in December. Everyone at the club wants one thing and that’s points to move us up the league table. It is never easy, but your support and your voice does make an enormous difference.

Thanks to everyone and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Non-League Football Matters !

This coming Saturday the 16th of November football comes back home to Marston Road at last as we welcome Trafford FC to the Stan Robinson stadium.

Trafford are riding high in top half of the NPL West, and we look forward to what should be an exciting game as Rangers look to put points on the table.

With no premiership, championship, and League one games this Saturday we want to encourage and welcome as many people as possible to experience grass roots football.

All Premier League and EFL current Season Ticket holders will be able to see the game for free with a valid current season ticket in their own name.

Non-league football matters. It represents the spirit of the beautiful game, where passion, community, and dedication come together. By supporting non-league clubs, you preserve a vital part of football’s heritage and ensure that the sport remains accessible and inclusive for all. Come down and experience it for yourself!

Additionally, children under 12 years of age with an accompanying adult will get free entry to this game.

The Rangers support and encourage a large number of Junior teams through to U18’s, U21’s and operate a full time Academy. We believe that the future will be determined by attracting young players to the game. At this game, our U9 SRFC Red Devils team will be hosted by the club, get to meet the manager and will be on the pitch before the game please give them your support.

Our match Sponsors for the day will be SafeAid and we look forward to welcoming them and their guests to the Chairmans Suite and hope they have a wonderful day.

Gates will open at 1pm and the bars within the club will be open from noon. Food will be available within the ground as normal.

This is a fantastic opportunity to come down and see non-league football in action at what should be a great fixture, and we look forward to welcoming our fans and supporters once more and thank you all for your loyalty and support.

See you all Saturday.
