Stafford Rangers FC are very pleased to announce our first Supporters Survey. This is an anonymous survey to support the club in identifying areas where we are doing well, areas we can improve, and ideas we can introduce.

Please complete this survey honestly, and in its entirety, to ensure that the club can analyse the responses accurately and look to produce a working plan based on the results.

The results of the survey will be analysed independently of the club, and the findings will be presented to the Board of Directors and Integrated Management Team.

As a club, we fully appreciate that we need to do much better in engaging with our loyal supporters, and therefore we hope many of you will complete the survey to help us improve our relationship with our beloved fans.

Sponsors Evening Tuesday 16th July 6pm (Chairmans Suite)

Stafford Rangers is holding a Sponsors & Networking evening prior to the first home pre- season friendly against Crewe Alexandra FC.

This event is by invitation only and we just have a few places left.

If you are self-employed or operate a business and would like to find out more about the club and commercial opportunities that are available, then this event may be perfect for you.

Roy Sales the club’s commercial manager will be running the evening, but the Chairman, Directors and club officials will be on hand to answer your questions. Stafford Rangers first team manager Dave Cook will also be in the Chairmans Suite to give you a brief insight into how we are setting up for the new season.

To secure an invite can you please contact Roy Sales on 07921 943112. There will be a maximum of two invites per company and you need to register before the event with Roy and can’t just turn up on the night.

After the event finishes (Circa 7pm) you will be welcome to stay on and watch our first pre-season home friendly. Buffet and drinks will be available to all who have registered.

Stafford Rangers Announce 3 New Signings !

 The build continues

Stafford Rangers FC is thrilled to announce the signing of three exciting new players ahead of the upcoming season. The club welcomes Sean Lawton, Callum Preston, and Joe Morley to the team, bringing fresh talent and energy to the squad.

Sean LawtonSean Lawton, a versatile defender, joins us from Altrincham FC. At just 20 years old, Sean began his career with his hometown club, Crewe Alexandra, making two first-team appearances. He gained valuable experience during loan spells with Hereford United and Nantwich Town before joining Altrincham last season.

 

Callum PrestonCallum Preston, a 23-year-old midfielder, after making over 40 appearances for Pilkington FC last season. Callum’s consistent performance at left back and in midfield will be a valuable asset to the team, as we strive for success this season.

 

 

Joe MorleyJoe Morley, a promising 20-year-old striker, returns to Stafford Rangers from Hednesford Town FC. Joe’s return is eagerly anticipated, as his technical ability and familiarity with the club are expected to add depth and firepower to our attacking lineup.

 

 

We are delighted to welcome Sean, Callum, and Joe to Stafford Rangers FC; Each player brings unique qualities that will enhance our squad and help us achieve our goals for the season. We look forward to seeing them in action and believe they will make significant contributions to the team.

The club is excited about these new additions and encourages fans to come out and support the team as we prepare for the season ahead.

Volunteers needed

With the pre-season friendlies and the new season approaching we are trying to ensure that all aspects of the club are working effectively to provide the best experience to fans.

An enormous amount of work is carried out by volunteers supporting many different areas of the club. We thank all those people for their continued support and loyalty.

Each season we do however lose volunteers for many reasons, and we urgently need some help in some areas and ask you to consider whether you can give up some time and make a commitment to your club.

Specifically, we need people to help in the following areas: –

  • Gate Operators – Matchday help on the gates and turnstiles scanning season tickets, taking debit card payments and cash payments. Typically, this requires people willing to be able to give their time up from 1pm to 3-15pm on a Saturday game and from 6-30 to 8pm on a mid-week home game.
  • Help on the pitch and within the ground before and after the game.
  • Programme sellers
  • Stewards
  • Fans Bar volunteers
  • Sales of 50/50 tickets

Aaron joins, as Squad starts to take shape

Aaron OpokuStafford Rangers FC is delighted to announce the signing of striker Aaron Opoku!

Aaron joins us with a wealth of experience, having previously played for Leek Town, Carlton Town, and Matlock Town. While at his previous club, Leek Town; Aaron managed to score 16 goals in his 61 appearances. A strong and aggressive forward, who will add that grit to our forward line.

Pre-season training started last Saturday 29th June, where Aaron was introduced to his new team mates, and the hard work started in getting the squad ready for the 2024/25 season.

Also, joining Aaron were two other recent signings.

Oliver JepsonOliver Jepson (Jeppo), a no-nonsense central defender who has joined the Boro from Bury FC.

 

 

 

Dan CockerlineAlso, Dan Cockerline, a tall prolific goalscorer who has joined us from Warrington Rylands.
