Gainsborough Trinity Travel Update

Gainsborough Trinity Travel Update

Important Travel Information for the game against Gainsbough Trinity

We have some important information for any of our supporters travelling to Gainsborough Trinity on Saturday, 29th january.

Gainsborough Trinity have recently lost access to all parking provision at the ground that was previously available on a match day. Roadside parking is available around the ground but this will obviously only be on a first come first serve basis. Two local council carparks (Roseway & Tower Street) are located within a 2 minute walk from the ground.

There have been several complaints to the authorities recently about parking on pavements around the ground and we would strongly suggest this is not done to avoid problems with the police.

Please note this game will NOT be segregated. Away fans are welcome in the Supporters club which offers a wide variety of drinks as well as showing any live sporting events on the day, before and after the match.

Admission prices for the game will be Adults £12, Concessions £8, Under 16’s £4.

See you there!

The home game against South Shields FC that was cancelled on the 27th November has now been rescheduled and will take place on Saturday 5th March KO 3pm.

If you purchased a ticket through our box office on line for the original game your ticket will of course be valid for the rearranged league fixture and will be scanned in through the gate as normal.

For the very few who asked for a refund you will of course need to buy again once we put the tickets on sale. This should be an exciting game with South Shields currently sitting 3rd in the League and a new manager having been appointed in the last week.

Back The Boro

Back The Boro

It’s starting to look a bit like Christmas?

You know the feeling those presents are lined up under the tree and expectation and excitement is building, just with that bit of doubt about whether it will all go according to plan. We may have left Santa behind but we have a new sense of anticipation ……… Could we?

For all Stafford Rangers fans the New Year has kicked off well, as we sit in 9th position with 35 points well within striking distance.

Three games on the bounce unbeaten and looking for 4 on Saturday!

New signings made this week to strengthen the Squad as we push on and dig in for the drive home!

Play offs are within the scope of possibility, we must dare to dream, how much do we want it?

On Saturday 15th January we play Hyde United at home with three very important points needed to continue our campaign with guts, drive and a belief in ourselves we haven’t had for a long time – we have the capacity to get results against anyone.

This is our only home game in January, so come on down and make some noise.

You our fans (our twelfth man) do make a difference, we need you!

You can buy a ticket for this game in advance, through our ticketing office and gain fast access to the ground, or buy a ticket on the day at the turnstiles, the choice is yours.

The Social Club will be fully open as usual, so get down early to enjoy the banter, the atmosphere, the game and then you could always stay on and watch Villa V Man Utd on Sky from 5.30pm; now that will dismiss any of those January blues .

We look forward to welcoming you all to your football club once more and thanks for your support, it means so much to us all.

Player and Staff Sponsorship

Player and Staff Sponsorship

Player, Management and Back Room Staff Fully Sponsored

It is with great delight that we can announce that our entire Management and back-room Staff, along with all of our existing playing squad (with the exception of our current loan players), have now been fully sponsored.

Thank-you to all our supporters and local businesses for their support in achieving this. We had a deadline of this Tuesday 11th January, to allow all our sponsors to be included in the forth coming Match Day Programme, for the game against Hyde United on Saturday 15th January. Their names and businesses will now be available in each of our remaining programmes.

Once again we can’t thank you enough, we truly have great supporters at this great club of ours.

Up The Boro!
