We are extremely delighted to announce that Tom Tonks, the supporters player of the season, has signed a 12 month contract with the club. This includes an option for a second year.

Several other clubs were interested in signing Tom, but he has committed his allegiance to us.

Tom is now available for sponsorship. We have two available sponsorship packages for each player along with the Manager and Assistant Manager.

Both player and management packages are £150 inclusive of VAT.

Don’t Miss Out

We have now sold over 100 Season Tickets and we thank everyone who has bought a ticket so far, you make a real difference!

Don’t forget that the Early Bird discount of 15% only lasts until the 8th July so you have just over two weeks to buy yours. We really want to beat last season’s ticket sales and ask for your help to achieve our objective of 300 Season Tickets. It might be a big ask especially in the current economic climate where everyone is starting to feel the impact of inflation, but we will keep chasing our target with your support.

You can buy your ticket now by accessing the box office.

The physical tickets should start to come through in July and we will advise when these become available for collection from the club office or will be available at the first home friendly game.

Season Ticket sales are an imperative part of the close season activities at your club, when no other football income is available and every ticket sold makes a huge difference and enables us to plan for the season with more confidence.

If you have a problem in accessing the box office online don’t forget you can come into the office and we will manage and transact the purchase on your behalf.

The new season is now on the horizon and we hope that once more you can join everyone at Stafford Rangers on a new journey in 2022/23.

Stafford Rangers FC can announce, that Ben Forrest has agreed a deal for the forthcoming season.

Ben has had a difficult year recovering from a bad injury, in a pre-season game against Port Vale. The former Birmingham City centre-back will be raring to go after eventually recovering and making the subs bench towards the latter end of the season.

Impressive midfielder is inbound

We have reached agreement to sign 21 year old midfielder Jack Baxter, upon completion of his contract with Preston North End at the end of June.

Jack is highly rated and has spent time on loan at Chorley, Cork City and Radcliffe.

We have beaten off interest from several other clubs to secure Jack, who we expect to have a major impact at the Rangers.

Fans help required

GroundAs we get close to the start of the season, we are asking for volunteers to help out on a couple of days to get the ground spic-and-span.

Our volunteer days are Saturdays 25th June and 2nd July 9am-1pm.

While we have a pre-season friendly at Stafford Town on the 2nd July; by finishing at 1pm, this should give you ample time to freshen up and get down to Evans Park to cheer on the lads.

On arrival you will be allocated into teams to work on:

1. Weeding the area at the front of the car park and terracing.

2. Clean all the advertising boards and seats

3. Paint the back of the pitch side advertising boards and top of fencing black.

4. Paint the gates around the pitch white.

5. Clean the home and away turnstiles and paint them.

6. Redecorate the Stan Robinson room.

For the ‘Stan Robinson’ room, we are looking for professional painters and decorators that are willing to give up their time for free to redecorate the room. If you feel you can offer this appreciated service then please contact us via your fans rep.

Materials are in short supply so please bring with you any paint brushes, rollers, dust sheets and any cleaning equipment.

If you are unsure what to do please find Den, Mark or Ben who will be on hand to advise.
